1. Exodus 11:1, "And the LORD said to Moses, 'I will bring yet one [more] plague on Pharaoh and on Egypt. Afterward he will let you go from here. When he lets [you] go, he will surely drive you out of here altogether.'"
2. Proverbs 20:17, "Bread gained by deceit [is] sweet to a man, But afterward his mouth will be filled with gravel."
3. Psalm 73:24, "You will guide me with Your counsel, And afterward receive me [to] glory."
4. Hebrews 12:11, "Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it."
